Solution
DigitalXRAID completed a full scope of work aligning to the requirements of Cloud Gateway and ensuring that Cloud Gateway were aware of exactly what testing will occur and what to expect in terms of next steps. During the ITHC DigitalXRAID & Cloud Gateway were in constant communication and were kept up to date of what was happening. The reporting provided by DigitalXRAID outlined exactly what gaps there were in both the network & the systems and provided all the information required to remediate any issues.
What is an IT Health Check?
An IT Health Check (ITHC) is an essential compliance requirement for any organisation working within the public services sector. Without it, your business will be unable to access the Public Services Network (PSN) – the government’s own high-performance network.
An IT Health Check gives you assurance that your organisation’s external systems have been fully checked for any unauthorised changes or access and that there is no possibility of unauthorised entry into the system. It will also offer reassurance that there are no weaknesses on the network’s infrastructure or on any individual systems which could allow any internal device to unintentionally or intentionally have an impact on any of the other devices’ security.
