DigitalXRAID announces acquisition by Limerston Capital

DigitalXRAID, an award-winning managed security service provider, has today announced its acquisition by UK mid-market private equity investment firm Limerston Capital’s cyber security platform business. This marks a significant milestone in DigitalXRAID’s continued growth and ambition to become a leader in cyber security services in the UK.
This strategic acquisition brings together complementary organisations to deliver greater value to clients and partners through an expanded and enhanced portfolio of services. The enlarged Group not only offers strengthened 24/7 SOC and MDR capabilities, incident response solutions and cyber consultancy and penetration testing services, but also highly advanced digital forensic capabilities, e-Discovery solutions and a proprietary forensic case management software.
The combined forces of the businesses across the Group, including DigitalXRAID and CyberCrowd, will ensure continued excellence in the delivery of end-to-end cyber resilience and digital services for customers across the private and public sectors, including in sectors of critical national infrastructure and national security, whilst also presenting a highly attractive destination for cyber and digital talent.
