The Role

 

The Lead Gen Exec is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who aspires to grow their sales career.

The role requires people with high energy, passion and drive, with a desire to grow their career within the Cyber Security industry.

As a member of our Lead Generation Exec team you will be responsible for contacting potential new customers and promoting DigitalXRAID’s security offerings.

Ultimately you will be generating and qualifying new opportunities that are passed to the Business development team to build on and close. This role is where we identify the rising stars that get promoted to become Business Development Managers.

The Lead Gen Exec is a first step into a lasting Sales Career and would be expected to last 12 months. High achievers will be promoted to become Business Develop Managers.

To be considered for this position you must have experience of working in an outbound telephone role or being employed in a telesales or business development role.

You will be required to:

  • Generate your own data sets and call lists.
  • 50+ calls per day
  • Generating qualified opportunities.
  • Inviting potential customers to attend our hosted events.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our innovative products and services.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet and outperform KPI’s
  • Enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Ensure a high quality of the leads is maintained.
  • Be determined to build a career as part of a successful team.
  • Promote a professional and supportive work environment for all.
  • Act in the best interest of the business, both on and off premices, at all times.

Training
Full Training will be provided to ensure you fully understand our products and services. Professional development training will also be provided to improve your ability to handle objections and qualify opportunities.
